Errr…I hope I’m not like that with any of my friends!
It’s true that HR people tend to use interviewing techniques when they engage a conversation with their friends, boyfriend/girlfriend, but there will always be someone to remind them that they are in a safe space with their loved ones and that they are allowed to talk about themselves too…right?
