My weather tweet on LBCI – Thanks @HindKammourieh for pinpointing it

The tweet was a joke about the bad weather yesterday. “Who said that swimsuit sales would decrease in winter? Baby think twice! #Lebanon”.

I wrote this in sadness because the storm caused a lot of damages. My thoughts go to all the homeless, the refugees who live in tents, farmers etc… It’s not the first time that storms hit Lebanon. Two years ago, a hail storm caused major damage to my family’s agricultural business. Lebanon’s poor infrastructure and weak government support do not help.
